The feast of the Transfiguration, Aug. 6th, is a meaningful day for the monks of Mount Saviour.  It is our patronal feast and the theme is a life-long pursuit in our work o conversion (conversio morum).  On the 8th, Br. Bruno with the help of John Mercer finished the hay harvest in spite of many days of bad weather.  On Sunday the 16th, a large crowd attended our Dedication Day and enjoyed a brunch and a concert with two pianos.  Br. Thomas left the next day to study for the priesthood at St. Vincent Archabbey (Seminary), Latrobe PA.  We wish him all the blessings for this new phase of his monastic life.
