News:
This month, Fr. Joseph Gabriel attended a meeting of the major
superiors (CMSM) in pittsburgh. Various lectures dealt with
many aspects of the Consecrated Life in the modern world. On Aug.
9th, Br. Bruno drove to Virginia for a family reunion. In
August, we celebrate 2 major Solemnities: The Transfiguration (our patronal
feast) and the Assumption of Mary. Br. John Thompson and
Br. Dominic Savio left to begin their studies for the priesthood at
the St. John XXIII Seminary near Boston. Br. Dominic Savio finished
a statue of the Madonna and Child made of drift wood.
